Check out these awesome reviews of In the Distance:

From Brandilyn at Prism Book Alliance here.

In the Distance has been hovering around the top 100 on Amazon the last few weeks for a couple of categories which is a pretty amazing thing:

Fellow Carina and Evernight Publishing author, Miss Molly Ann Wishlade reminded me that a year ago she hosted my book release for Mile High Service. If you like frontier romance and sexy cowboys, check out her Wild, Wild West series.

Becky Condit from USA Today’s Happily Ever After gave In the Distance a Love and Lust Rec

Ms. Condit said about In the Distance, “My favorite books are those that show growth in the main characters, and this book does that in spades. I love the way Ms. Griffin and Ms. Michaels write characters. I don’t know if one character belongs to one writer and the other character belongs to the other or if they share them, but whatever they are doing works beautifully. The fact that this third book in the series takes on a new couple and a completely different plotline shows just how robust their writing skills are and how far they can take a story.”

Today Eileen Griffin and I are talking about LGBTQ Homelessness and Hunger at the Carina Press Blog.

Our In The Kitchen Series revolves around food and foodies. Our most recent book in the series, In The Distance, revolves around Tyler, a former homeless youth who Ethan takes under his wing and gives a job at his restaurant. Food banks and shelters play a prominent role in the story, both because of Tyler’s past and his future. Hunger is a problem that many face, but no population faces it quite as much as the homeless, especially LGBTQ homeless youths.

Join us as we talk about ways in which you can help at the Carina Press blog.
