Such a good recipe if you like “shaggy” chicken, IE extra crispy breading. Also, this solved the problem I’ve had in the past with either overcooking or under cooking. Frying in the oil gives you the crispy crust on the outside and finishing the cooking in the oven makes sure your mouth-watering chicken is perfect and juicy.
